iPad 2 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is GE Finance and Insurance trading as GE Money, 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
2. The promotion commences on 21 February 2012 and closes on 9 March 2012 at 5 p.m. ("Promotional Period").
3. Employees of GE Money, its associated companies, agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or participate in this competition.
4. One winner will receive 1 Apple IPAD2 3G 16GB       
5. Entry into the promotion consists of drawing down a Trade Me originated auto loan that has been conditionally approved prior to 21 February 2012 by 5pm 09 March.
6. GE Money will randomly select 1 winner on 21 March 2012. The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of completing the loan application. If prize winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days of the prize draw, another entrant will be randomly selected and become the prize winner.
7. The draw will take place at GE Money, 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
8. The prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. GE Money reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the competition, or remove any entry at any time.
